The Tour
This tour gives a brief view of Mashpi Shungo's neighboring forest. This forest makes up a majority of Mashpi Shungo's land (46 hectares out of 56) and contains a large amount of different plant, animal, and insect species.
Preserving the integrity of the forest is one of Mashpi Shungo's primary goals, since a forest with high biodiversity and species richness benefits the growth of Mashpi's specialty cacao.
